Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Looma. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at loomaclient@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • We cannot accept returns for items marked as final sale, personalized, or intimate items (e.g., undergarments).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Include clear photos of the issue and we’ll replace or refund your item promptly.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at loomaclient@gmail.com.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Looma is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at loomaclient@gmail.com.
